WHY ARE ENZYMES BETTER?
Enzymes are naturally occurring proteins that increase the rate of chemical reactions and are a natural defense against harmful microbes. Enzymes will not irritate a pet’s sensitive or raw skin and is non-toxic for pets and people. Most importantly, bacteria will not develop a resistance against enzymes so they are always effective.

The Zymox® range has a unique system that reacts with the infectious area and debris to form its antimicrobial properties. There is no need to clean or disinfect the area before use as it disrupts this biological system and will negatively affect results.
The LP3 Enzyme System combines three potent, naturally occurring enzymes: Lactoperoxidase, Lysozyme and Lactoferrin. Each with their own unique properties, these enzymes have strong antimicrobial properties when combined! It targets the harmful bacteria and fungal microorganisms while restoring balance. The enzymes only target the invading single-celled organisms, leaving the healthy cells unaffected. Enzymes used in Zymox® are naturally derived from dairy products and are 100% safe and gentle.
