Hydralyte electrolyte powder sachets are most suitable for:
- Mix Hydralyte only when required
- Fill a cup with 200ml of cold or cooled drinking water
- Empty the contents of one sachet into the cup and stir till all the Hydralyte powder has dissolved
- Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist
- Discard unused solution after 24 hours
