MBD Marketing reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice by updating this page. You should check this page regularly to review the Terms & Conditions on an on-going basis.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order with MBD Marketing, you are offering to purchase a product. All information provided to us should be true and accurate, and in doing so, you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
MBD Marketing reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if payment is not completed within 24 hours of the issue of the “New Order” email.
We also reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered, and to refuse service to you without prior notification.
Price
All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of GST. All payments are to be made in SGD. Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
Exchanges & Returns
There will be no exchange and returns for items purchased except in the situation where there is a manufacturing defect. In the event you receive a damaged item in your parcel, please send us an email at info@mbdmktg.com.sg within 3 working days upon receiving your order, stating your order and invoice details, a photo and description of the damage and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you would like to exchange a defective item, please be aware that MBD can only replace it for the same product that was ordered. Items for exchange have to be mailed back to us within 5 working days upon our acceptance of the exchange via a trackable mode of shipment. In the event that the item is not mailed back to us within 5 working days, the exchange will be considered void without any notice. MBD will absorb the postage cost arising from manufacturing defects. Should the product unavailable for exchange, a credit note will be issued.
MBD Marketing will only provide exchange and returns for items purchased directly from mbdmktg.com.
Delivery
Upon payment confirmation, all orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery will be free for orders above SGD 40. Delivery is carried out via courier from Monday to Friday during working hours.
In the event that your address has been provided wrongly, mbdmktg.com will not be liable for the cost of redelivery.
At the present moment, we regret that we only deliver within Singapore.
